Praxey is an app that lets you pay others for their time. Praxey enables one on one, person to person, video and audio chatting. It allows timed, on demand, remote audio/video or audio only consultations.

When you create an account, Praxey collects your payment information (credit or debit card). Then it times each call you make to an expert. At the end of each call, Praxey charges your card based on that experts requested rate/minute.
